Whether it is your 1st time or 101st time, for your safety, each child will be checked in using our electronic sign-in system. Additionally, you will notice that all of our volunteers are wearing a trusted volunteer sticker. This indicates that they have received a background check and have been vetted by the staff.
After check-in, you will be escorted to the room where your child will be kept, introduced to the leaders in that room, and be given the opportunity to write down any special instructions or needs that your child might have.

The mission of North Students is for each student to come to a growing relationship with God through Jesus Christ. Romans 12:1-2 tells us to be a living sacrifice to God and allow Him to transform us by the renewing of our mind. In every service, event, or outreach we want to ensure the students ENCOUNTER Christ, ENGAGE in His Community and ENLIST in His Commission.

Here at North Church Elkmont, we believe life transformation happens most effectively in circles, not in rows. Yes, gathering on Sunday for worship and hearing God’s preached is SO important for a Christian, but we know that experience each week won’t be enough to help our people live out the mission God has given us. That’s why we offer home groups!
Our groups are designed to provide an environment for every person to get to know other people in the church, learn more about God’s Word, and feel loved and cared for by others. We offer different options on different days to try and meet everyone where they are in the schedule and in their knowledge of the Bible.

One of the best ways you can get connected in our church is by serving on one of our teams. We have several different options so that we can provide an avenue for everyone, no matter their skill set, gifting, and passions.
You can get plugged in to serve on one of our ministry teams by attending a Ministry Team expo! These are quarterly events where we introduce you to our team leaders and give you a little extra info about how our teams work together to enable the mission of encountering, engaging, and enlisting here at North Church Elkmont!
